i comb the positive/negative feedback forums often, just to get an idea about a vendor. i must say, i would be surprised to see the baker boys in the negative. not too often do you spend money somewhere and actually feel good about it. MBV is the exception. i feel like i always get my money's worth, and feel i have been viewed and treated as a person. these guys are the blueprint for how all vendors should operate. quick,great prices, and top notch service.
