Well, I used your recipe as a basis, and came up with
2.50 ml 48 mg unflavored PG
0.25 ml key lime (Loranns)
0.50 ml strawberry (Loranns)
0.10 ml lemon oil (Loranns)
0.30 ml Everclear
1.35 ml VG
for 5 ml of 24 mg juice.
I may tweak it a bit later when I pick up some orange, but this was crafted with flavors I had immediately on hand. (I get all excited about trying new blends and just gotta do it, y'know?)
I'm thinking maybe the flavor proportions of:
0.25 ml key lime
0.40 ml strawberry
0.10 ml orange
0.10 ml lemon oil
I'm not a huge fan of Mt. Dew either. This is more like what I wish it tasted like.
Kinda like my clove blend.

You would have a better hunt looking in candy making baking shops. Someone that sell baking supplies. That is where I found all my flavors.
I found this one in the fort hood area. May want to call and see if they have the flavorings

Is there a grapefruit flavoring? I detect a bit of grapefruit aroma in Mountain Dew.
I have none of those ingredients except the PG...
