By the way - I want to share with everyone what happened last weekend when I placed my first attempt at an order...........the website "declined" my card so I figured I entered a number from my debit card wrong, so i tried again, same thing. I just decided to wait until the next night to try again because it was Easter an all. Got on my banking online to balance my checkbook and both charges were there.......hmmmm! So I did print screens of the decline and my bank site and emailed customer service. Within 10 minutes (I'm thinking more like 5 minutes) the phone rings - it's Steve..........apologizing, asking questions, truly concerned about what happened. Long story short - the charges fell off my account (he thought they would) and he emailed me once if not twice a day to keep in touch with what was going on. Now - THAT"S CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If that would have happened with another company i probably wouldn't have ordered again, I would have been afraid of it - but Steve made me completely comfortable with the situation and I will never be leery of their company!
Unfortunately they will not let us have different user names, something about the IP Addresses raise conflicts and entice them to ban us unless we clear our cache every time we use the forums (which is not likely to happen!) since we are registered suppliers there are all sorts of fun rules. My account was turned off as not to get us punished for anything!
You have to just watch close for my awful grammar. Brandy LeDean's is much better.
