I've only dealt with them for one order so far, but I will go back to them again. My first order was for a sample pack. I received my order quickly. It was well packaged and seemed to be high quality. I then realized they sent me the wrong sample set. I was able to reach out to them via this forum and they sent me a replacement AND told me to keep the mistake sampler free of charge.
This was a great example of customer service. I was expecting to have to deal with shipping back their error and was not looking forward to that. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will now be a repeat customer.
