I'll keep it short and to the point 
I'm in Toronto, Canada. A couple of months ago I ordered a juice and some hardware from MOV. Customs opened the package and let everything through but the juice. I called MOV and Brandy had another bottle shipped to me within half an hour, for free! Half an hour from me opening my first package to them sending me a new one!
Fast forward a few weeks and I won three 15ml bottles at the MOV contest. I sent the names of the ones I wanted to Brandy. She messaged me back saying they are ready to ship, but one of the juice, Devilish Delight, is in the process of being revamped. I had many other juices on order and was in no real rush, so I decided to wait.
Fast forward another few weeks and I wanted to change some of the juices after reading some glowing reviews. Turns out the new Devilish Delight was done by then and it wasn't one of the juices I wanted anymore. Brandy and Steve, being the super nice people that they are, threw that in as well with the three other free juices!
I really can't praise their service enough. They were just as helpful with my free order as they were with my paid order and both of the times the service was above and beyond what was their responsibility. I wish them good luck
