Time for another Movie Quiz, folks! :)

There are films from five decades in the quiz this week. Which ones can you identify?

Enjoy!

As usual, I'll post the answers Sunday morning.

Bumping and hinting...

#1: Having been transformed into a big pile of crap, Chet soon becomes repentant.
#7 is the second movie adaptation, (there have been three), of a particular Richard Matheson novel.
#6: Wanted in 14 counties and known as "The Rat."

Hope those help! :D

(Edit: Added quiz image so you don't have to go back to the first page to see it.)

Unfortunately, there wasn't a whole lot of participation this week. Am I going too obscure with the movie selection or the screenshots? Should I aim for more modern and/or mainstream films? Should I stick to using more iconic images from the movies I select?

For example, with Time Bandits I figured that if I used a screenshot of any scenes that included the cast of midgets, it would be a dead giveaway. Maybe I ought to have used a pic like that anyway?

Any feedback is appreciated. :)

Hi Caff! I should have known them all this week, but I only recognized 2. I don't think the selections are too obscure. I think for me anyway, my brain is too full of movies, and I can't access the ones I haven't seen in awhile.
Also, the whole board seemed slower this week.
You could try a set of modern flicks and see if it makes any difference, but I like the level of challenge you're setting up.:2cool:

    in a cave, eh?
Well, I usually get in one post when I figure it out and then one or more posts when people seem to be looking for hints. I just need to find more creative ways to get my post count up. As to level of difficulty, I think it's fine.

If you postponed the Sunday answers, there might be a few more questions, nonsense and stuff. :)
