Happy Friday, guys! Ready for a quiz?

Which movies can you identify from the screenshots below?

I'd type more, but I'm wiped out, and I really need some sleep...

Good night and good luck!

As usual, I'll post the answers Sunday morning.

I don't know any of them. :(
I feel bad when this happens. :( Maybe this different screenshot will jog your memory for #7:

Other hints...
#3: Biker-hippie adventures in the deep south that don't end well.
#7: They're too far away to tell for sure, but those figures in the distance might just be gnashing their terrible teeth and rolling their terrible eyes. :D

Didn't care for #4, 5 & 8 :p
I'm at the other end of the spectrum concerning #4 and #5. I think they're excellent movies! :p

I thought #8 was interesting stylistically, and that the story wasn't bad. I liked it, but I wouldn't buy it.

So, any more players?

    in a cave, eh?
    1. I had always heard your entire life flashes in front of your eyes the second before you die. First of all, that one second isn't a second at all, it stretches on forever, like an ocean of time... For me, it was lying on my back at Boy Scout camp, watching falling stars... And yellow leaves, from the maple trees, that lined our street... Or my grandmother's hands, and the way her skin seemed like paper... And the first time I saw my cousin Tony's brand new Firebird... And Janie... And Janie... And... Carolyn. I guess I could be pretty ...... off about what happened to me... but it's hard to stay mad, when there's so much beauty in the world. Sometimes I feel like I'm seeing it all at once, and it's too much, my heart fills up like a balloon that's about to burst... And then I remember to relax, and stop trying to hold on to it, and then it flows through me like rain and I can't feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life... You have no idea what I'm talking about, I'm sure. But don't worry... you will someday.
    2. The funny animal version of the Truman Show
    3. The guy from The Shining seems kinda straight compared to his costars.
    4. The movie title is the antithesis of that comedy and its sequel that stars an older Walter Mathau and Jack Lemmon.
    5. #1: I got a pretty bad case of cancer.
#2: [yawns] How long you gonna last?
      #1: Not long.
      #2: A month? A year?
#1: About six weeks. Let me get to the point, the three of you and your mother are all I've got and I love you more than anything.
      [Chas scoffs and mock laughs]
#1: Chas, let me finish here. I've got six weeks to set things right with you and I aim to do it. Will you give me a chance?
      #2: No?
#1: Do you speak for everyone?
      #2: I speak for myself.
    6. The movie is based on a book by a well known children's book writer and illustrator.
    7. Rollin', rollin', rollin'
      Though the streams are swollen
      Keep them doggies rollin' ....
    8. Hey what you got for me today mate? Anything nice?
      Substance D?
Alright, I'll have a go, hang on. Cool, that's what I need.
