Ready for a quiz? :D

There might be a couple of tougher ones this week, but most of the movies should be pretty recognizable from the screenshots.

So, which of this week's movies can you identify?

Enjoy!

As usual, I'll post the answers Sunday morning.

Perhaps a few hints will help the thread move along...

#2: Sergio Leone's epic crime story with a fairytale-like title. The film was originally cut to a six-hour runtime, and was intended to be released as two separate three-hour movies. Ultimately, however, a 3:49 edit was reluctantly settled upon, and the movie was released as a single feature.

#5: There is a preview trailer for "Part II" tacked onto the end of this "Part I" movie, leading viewers to believe that a sequel was forthcoming. But no sequel was ever released or even planned.

#8: Just before she jumps and ruins the birthday party, the nanny pictured shouts, "****** I love you! Look at me ******! It's all for you!"

Hope these help! :)

    in a cave, eh?
    Hints:

    1. Here's a picture clue: (I turned the picture around so as not to be too obvious):

    2. A gangster fairy tale from the guy who directed the Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns.
    3. There's a connection here with these other two films: The Shawshank Redemption and Apt Pupil.
    4. Anyone remember that awful tv comedy Herman's Head? This one belongs to a famous, creepy actor.
    5. Moses on the mount with 15 freshly minted commandments. Oops. No, wait...
    6. Before painting the house, Daniel had to paint the fence (up, down only) and wash and wax the car (left circle, right circle).
    7. This one reminds me of the joke:

Did you here about the (insert ethnicity here/blonde)dumb coyote?
He chewed off three legs before he realized he was still caught in the trap.

I also got the impression that this film was going to be way, way, way too long.
    8. I guess 668 would be the next-door neighbour of this little guy. There were a couple of sequels.
