I see that the ABC Movie thread is dead, It has not appeared in the recent threads for me in a LONG time. so how about we do a movie reviews thread?

Whenever you see a movie that you really like, post a youtube video of it here for others to check out. I work from home, and often watch Netflix when I am working, and am running out of entertaining .... to watch. About to watch Babylon 5 for the 5th time.

I'll start this off with the same movie I started with over on the Notcigs website forums. It is a bit odd, and very bloody, but the underlaying story is one that deserves to be told. One man, no matter how insignificant, can change the world... the story of a Hobo with a Shotgun!

I guess if I enjoy Dexter, I can handle Hobo With a Shotgun. I've been watching the old HBO series The Wire, I'm in the middle of season 3. I think the last movie I watched was Act of Valor.

John Carter and Act of Valor were both excelent movies. the last movie I saw at the theater, was The Avengers, it was possibly the best Marvel movie yet.

I would recoment HBO's Rome. The series are a bit old but they are great. An accurate depiction of the life in the later Roman Republic Interesting plot, great actors and spectacular in general. Sometimes I watch favorite episodes again :

I can't even remember the last time I went to a theater! I haven't seen the Avengers.

Wicked, I'm going to check out Rome, it looks right up my alley! I think my 2 all time favorite series (besides Sons of Anarchy) have to be OZ and The Shield. I always have something on my hard drive to watch, since I can't afford anything more than basic cable right now

I just finished this year's season of Game of Thrones, and I'm keeping up with Falling Skies. Waiting for the new season of SoA, Dexter, and Hell on Wheels.

That's exactly my list also! Just downloaded Season 1 of Falling Skies last night, and the first three of season 2. I like just about anything Sci-Fi.

I forget who originally recommended Hell on Wheels, but that ended up being a pretty good series also. Dexter of course, is still great as well as SoA.

Nice to see some sons of anarchy fans here!! My favorite series hands down. They are running it on fx again about to start season three next week I think. It's on at 1am CST on Wednesday nights and I wait up every week to watch even though I have seen them all lol. Ark have you watched band of brothers? That's one great series too I've been watching that while editing video lately.

when does the next season of SoA premier? Breaking Bad is July 15th, and Walking Dead isn't until the fall.

I have not watched Band of Brothers, but will see if it is on Netflix and add it to my queue.

I watched all 106 episodes of Star Trek Enterprise in 3 weeks.

The new season of WEEDS is Sunday?

I think SOA started around september last year. I think they are still filming from the twitter updates from Kurt Sutter I think this is going to be the best season yet. Oh and they got signed for next season to so we have at least one more after this. I think Kurt said 7 or 8 seasons was his goal. Sorry I'm a total SOA nerd lol

Kempo turned me on to Band of Brothers and it was great! Of course after that I had to watch The Pacific

I don't get FX on basic cable Torrents take forever on my crappy low rent broadband, but as long as it's on my MIL's tab I can't complain too much

Michael, have you been watching any of Kurt's documentaries on mobsters, biker clubs and such? Pretty good stuff. Discovery channel if I recall.

I've seen one episode of his other show I gotta set a timer for it thanks Bov! I liked it but it comes on at a weird time or when i was working all the time.

I don't think I can't wait for September for SOA to start, but I guess I have no choice! I to have been watching the late night re-runs in anticipation of a new season and they are just as good as the first time!

I saw the Avengers recently, but someone already posted a video. I liked Avengers so much I went out an rented Thor! Thor was good, however it really doesn't matter as I can sit through a bad 2 hour movie with Chris Hemsworth in it... he is yummy as my daughter keeps saying!

The last movie I saw in the theaters was Prometheus, it was OK, the visual effects were really pretty cool, but it isn't going down on a list of favorites or anything.
