Just received my Janty eGo yesterday from Sean at electronic-cigz! I've been using an M601/XL for the past two months and was quite happy with it, but the eGo rocks!! I've been hearing nothing but good things about it for the last little while, especially the long-lasting batteries so I finally took the plunge.
About the battery life...you won't believe this but...I got about 15 (Yes 15) hours from my first charge!!!! I thought I was a "heavy vaper" and would be lucky to get 6 hours (like most people seem to) from a single charge...but 15 hours?? Incredible!!
I would have been pleased with 6 hours to tell the truth!
Either I don't vape as heavy as I thought, or I just got lucky?
Has anyone else had this kind of longevity from their eGo batteries??

Yep, I can go a day and half the next morning on one battery sometimes depending on how much i'm using it.

Now the MEGA eGo kicks it up a notch again, that thing goes and goes.

I really don't see the need for the Mega batteries if I can continue to get anywhere near 15 hours...'course I said that about my 2 hour battery M601 too:p
I ordered XL Atomizers, XL Carts, and the eGo Cartomizers. Can't wait to try those.

congrats man.. I just started vaping this past weekend... got my eGo as the first PV I've ever tried and I think it's great! so I don't have anything to really compare it to... as far as battery goes, I haven't really tested it out to see how long one will go with a full charge yet as one of my batteries has some issues with it, but I would be happy with even 8-10 hours... I don't think I vape all that much yet either as I'm still smoking analogs (until I get my nic juice).

I get about 5 hours chain vaping.

Was very happy to have my ego last 7 of my 8 hour work day today. And I was using a LR atty all day.

I had 3.5 hours using a LR atty one day. That's the worst I had yet. Guess I'm a heavy vapor..
I gues you is LOL. I thought I was a heavy vaper :D I'probably have to re-evaluate myself LOL.

Congrats on the eGo BBB. Because we could become complacent with the longevity, and considering LI Ions have no memory I would swap my batts out daily. This would ensure I never run dry in the middle of the day.

Do you guys let it go until it starts blinking and dies completely? or do you switch once vapor starts to drop off?

I've only done the one battery so far, but I let it go until it started blinking before changing it out. I didn't notice any drop in vapor production until the last couple draws.

I am a compulsive battery charger, so always have one charged...rarely vape an EGO more than 4 hours.

Hmm...compulsive...that sounds familiar :D

IME when vapor drops, you are moments away from a blinky.

Thanks Switched. I'm pretty compulsive/..../whatever
 so I'm never without an extra battery on hand ready to go. It's nice not to have to worry about changing batteries every couple hours though. The eGo is great

I started with an ego battery and it is great I used to get 2 and a half days when I started as I was still smoking as well. Now I get about a day and half before the light starts to blink.
I got a 510 just to have a smaller unit on hand but that battery dies quickly (maybe 5Hours) but I always have extra batteries charging.

Yup...the eGo is great. 5 hours from a 510 must be a record? You must be a light vapor?

Yea you're right, was paying a little closer attention to it and the last 2-3 puffs that start to seem weak are RIGHT before a blink. Nice.

Yea the life on these is great. I have the 2 it came with and one mega. There's ALWAYS one fully charged ready to pop in when one dies.

Now I just need to decide on a mod with some higher volts for the next purchase. So many choices.
