Hi - new member here. Actually been off analogs now for a week, and it's been good. I got hooked up with a kit from Smokeless Image and I love it. The cartos are pretty good but they are getting expensive. First I bought their nanos, which are pretty good themselves, but I couldn't find a good liquid.

Then I bought an eGo twist with a couple of clearomizers and different liquid, still no good. So I am asking - have I just not found a good liquid yet? The Desert Joe from SI so far has been my favorite and they are out of liquid. I've tried a sampler from Halo, as well as Casablanca from Backwoods Brew as well as a few from AltSmoke.

Or is my issue is the clearomizer/nano setup? Am I just more in-tune with cartos?

Any other suggestions on liquid? Haven't been crazy about the fruit/dessert flavors and more looking for something with a sweet tobacco flavor. Not usually a menthol person, but I'm willing to try!

Will take any suggestions about liquids or my setup.

You'll definately like the twist the more you fiddle with the voltages. It's you havn't found the juice that does it for you. I just got a sampler and a big bottle of juice. 5/6 samplers need to rest, since it's mix on order. The 36ml bottle from gotvapes was already mixed (since they have inventory available listed) shipped out same day that I ordered, and is pretty tasty right out of the bottle. (apple pancake 50/50 24mg) Might give them a try, or other vendors that have something basically pre-steeped while you keep looking for juices.

Welcome to ECF, you will find many opinions and more help than your mind can absorb here. I am fairly new also, just three weeks analog free, and I also have the SI equipment. I started with the 78mm's with the cartos, have a nano and some CE3's, also two X2 batteries some manual some auto. In my short time delving into the world of vaping, one thing is consistent...everything is subjective. Taste's for liquids and setups too, what works for one - doesn't necessarily work for another. I too have used some of the same juice vendors as you have, several of SI's, many of Halo's, and others.

I have scoured these forums weeks before joining and have been constantly reading since I have joined. Most recommendations I have read here tell us beginners to get the set up you currently have and Ego Twist with a mini vivi nova, (I personally haven't jumped on that bandwagon yet - I like the Volts, they work just fine for me.) I do know that my taste buds have changed dramatically in just three weeks, and liquids that were like "eh" in the first week are like "WOW" now. I recently ordered a sample pack from Alice in Vapeland since I have heard rave reviews of their liquids as I am looking now at trying other things than just tobacco flavors.

I am sure you will get lots of great information and advice here, and congratulations on your adventure into vaping.

The cartos your using can probably be refilled with juice a couple times.

I had the same problem with juices when I first began vaping. It's not easy recommending juices to another vaper because what is great for one person is not so for the other.I would suggest to see if you have a brick and mortor shop within driving distance so you can try more flavor types to see what you like, or purchase sampler packs. Its also best to find more than just one flavor you like as you should change up your flavors throughout the day. And remember, smoking analogs greatly affects your taste buds, expect that to change over time as well.

The twist is a good thing to work with to find your juice, as you can play with the voltage....some juices just work better at different voltages as well dependent on your delivery devices(tank/carto/clearo) ohms .

I've found my fav delivery system so far has been the Vivi Nova, seems to give me the best vapor / flavor combination. I've used stardust's but there just ok, not great. Most people also find a preference between tanks/clearomizers or cartomizers.

But most of all DON'T give up. Keep experimenting, you will find what is right for you in time.
