If you want a dripper that vapes like your KF look at the A7. Air flow at the coil is the same.

    A7 Stainless Steel Rebuildable Atomizer

    hint:
The A7 comes with a 2.4 ohm coil installed. Before you add e-liquid get out your tweezers, and squeeze those wraps into a micro coil. (squeeze-dry burn-squeeze)
Trust me, it will surprise you.

BTW, how do you like theMagneto? Been holding back from picking one up, trying to decide between that and the Hcigar Nemesis.

I haven't held a Magneto, but I do have a Nemesis which I love more that any other mech that I've tried. It all depends on what you are looking for in a mod, the magneto is telescopic and way longer that the nemesis, you have to add tubes to the nemi to accomodate different batteries. The nemesis is fully adjustable with a very minimal voltage drop and I've never had any misfires at all, I've heard mixed reviews about the magneto's switch. If you want a magnetic switch, you can change the springs out on the nemi for magnets very inexpensively and easily, and you can even buy Hcigar Nemis with the magnets already in it.

Long story short, you really can't go wrong with a nemi, I think all mech users should have one or try one out.

I just got a KFL+ clone and I'm loving it. I built a 1.7 ohm micro coil and wicked it with organic cotton. I've had a few leaking issues, but one time I think I over filled it.

    Beware TIP coming.....

Put finger over air flow control holes or use tape, then remove top now fill to desired level put top back on but only a few turns not seated, then flip KFL upside down keep fingers on holes or tape while flipping, once upside down, remove finger or tape finish tightening top then turn right side up, works great and I haven't had a leak since filling this way.

Tanks for the tip! Has something to do with not breaking the vaccuum, I assume?

Thanks for the info Gonzi, have been leaning towards the Nemesis so think I'll go that route for now. Is there enough room for a kick by any chance?

They come with tubes and kick ring to add a kick in any battery configuration. I sometimes run it in 18350 + kick and I've ran it with 18490 + kick, but it's too long for my preference.

Be adviced that knock off kicks are a little wider in diameter, and won't fit inside the tube unless you make them narower. I have a Sigelei kick that I got from WhiteStag when they first came out on preorder, and had to sand the perimeter down untill it fit. I barely ever use it, since most of the time I use my Russian 91% on my Nemi, but it's nice to have the option.

I am not that good with dripping as I am really new to it as well. I have a Nimbus v5, Igo-w3, and an RSST. The rsst has had the cap drilled out and I am running single coil .6ohm with 2.5mm stainless cable with 400x400 mesh as the top and flat ribbon cable. I bought it from a friend and that is how he built it for me. I just bought cable and stuff and will be setting it up dual coil but I still have a ton to learn about building a good dripper.
