Moving Up To The Big Boys

Hey Guys,

So haven't posted on here much and I've been vaping for just under 2 years now. My experience with vaping started with my buying the constantly recommended Halo G6 and some Halo liquid which I quite enjoyed for the first year of vaping whilst still smoking analogs every now and then. I eventually ordered anotehr G6 and received a dud G6 manual battery which after posting on here and emailing Halo they weren't too inclined too replace. (I had recommended the G6 to all friends and family as it was all I used at the time).

I then went for a Joyetech E-Roll C which.. OMG this thing was small but with some menthol flavoured juice packed some serious punch for a tiny e cig. Also the flavour seemed more intense due to it being tank based.

I am now looking to move up too something bigger such as an eGo style for smoking at home. I've heard great things about the Halo Triton and that it's easy to use however with the release of the new Joyetech eGo One.. Im a bit in between odds at which one too go for? which one would you guys recommend for a strong vape with plenty of flavour, smoke and battery life :)

Also if you could recommend any good places to get e-liquid as I have been using Halo and although amazing tasting I have tried most of their flavours!

Cheers guys and vape away! :2cool:

I'm going to let others recc eliquids, but I wanted to give you a heads up that while the Halo Tritons and G6 are fine, they're mostly sold to those not knowing any better at a large markup. They're old Kanger tanks manufactured with a different threading on the bottom so they are less compatible, nothing more.

To "step up" you'll want to give a budget as to what you're looking for, and probably be looking at a cheaper box-mod. Things to avoid right now are the istick 20w for its electronics/510 quality and Aspire Atlantis (or nautilus with BVC coils) until their cotton coils come out. If you have the budget, an iStick 30w and Kanger subtank mini is a great setup that'll make you feel as if you've hit warp drive at around the cost of a Triton setup. There are definitely other batteries to look at depending on your budget, like the MVP 30w, IPV2, etc. but all have different strengths and weaknesses.

I really like the look of the Joyetech Ego one, the one with the larger mah battery. I wish that had been available when I had started. Very sleek look, all stainless, easy to fill, very decent vapor production. Lots of good reviews for it on youtube. I wasted my time dinking around with innoken tanks at first, pitiful to fair vapor from them. I liked the Aspire mini nautilus at first, it was a step up for me, but the largest airhole was pretty restrictive after awhile. So all said, I think the Joyetech Ego One is a great looking starter. Just my little opinion tho.

For a e-cig I started with a Ego-t with a Vivi Nova tank from Vista Vapors. Personally they have the best juice I've had so far. They have a starter kit with 5 juices and a e-cig, juices are great, price is great, and the e-cig is good to start with. Probably buy a Protank mini 3 with the kit if you do it's a great tank that should last you a really long time, I've had that tank for almost a year now! here's a link to both of them. Oh did I mention you get to pick your flavors!

I do agree with batteredwombat I spent way to much on small upgrades and now wish I would have gone straight to the best.
Hope this helps!
