Anybody that ordered the Mr. Puffer on April 9th that hasn't received it yet? I thought if you ordered on the 9th you were in the first batch. He doesn't respond to e-mails.

through monday, I put a note up on the contact us page to try and inform people. I don't like doing things this way but until my customer service assistant starts next week it is the best I can do while still getting units completed. I get ALOT of email and it takes me hours to respond to them. While it is vital to keep in communication with customers I needed to hire someone or no units would get done.
I make it a point to check my pm's before I go to bed each night so for the next week it is the best way to reach me. Growing pains....
