Howdy everyone.
Had a bit of a situation last night with a frozen, then thawed and then leaking water pipe.
Thank goodness it was an outside leak, though.
At this point I wouldn't care if I ever saw snow again in my life.

Strange winter, more snow & ice than usual by far, & now warmer than usual.
That one storm dropped as much as the last 15 years together. Now it is spring, things are going to be budding soon.
Yeah 'cause I got peaches & pears & grapes & I want to eat them.
