Kevin, glad to hear everything turned out ok with your dad.
I can say from experience that sitting helpless in a hospital watching your dad go from good to bad is not very nice and as in my case was not a happy ending. Kevin ,make good use of the time that you were just given extra with your dad. You never know when things will go the other way.
Our prayers are always with our families and friends both near and far.

Good morning Crew.....and what would a Wednesday be without me to say, "Happy Humper Day!" to y'all . In all seriousness, I just wanted to say "Thank You ALL!", for all the well-wishes and prayers for my Dad!.....I appreciate it!

I visited my Dad @ the hospital yesterday, in the late morning and last night. He's doing and looks 1000 times better, than when I had first seen him on Monday night! He was moved out of the ICU yesterday morning. No more breathing tube, and he's able to speak and eat normally. He has gotten out of bed (with a little help), and is able to use the walker to get himself to the bathroom and back to his bed or chair. ALL GREAT NEWS! From what my sister/brother have been told, he should be going home within the next couple of days. His back is sore, but that's to be expected when someone has a back surgery. We're all thankful that he's gotten through the worst, and hopefully will continue to progress! Thanks again for all the support and prayers!......I REALLY appreciate them!....and will keep y'all posted on his progress.
