The heavy snow just was not moving on the deck roof so I was trying to rake some off when it ALL slid off. Massive amount of snow and ice cause it slides from the house roof. It almost got me but thank goodness I can still move fast. Buried and bent my roof rake.
We have 32 this morning with about a half inch of snow/sleet out there. Snow on the garage roof has finally started to slide and the back sheds have slid more. Roofs should be snowless by the end of the day or at least by tomorrow.

I'm not a beer drinker, but last night I went to a Southern Tier tap takeover at a local bar and I gotta say, if you ever get a chance to try Southern Tier Creme Brulee go for it! It's a rich stout that smells like my cheesecake/malty mix. Only problem is it goes down sooooo easy but then you try to stand up...

Mornin crew. Not so happy Friday for the wife and I today.
We were woken this morning at 3 am by our little baby Sambo. (Our last remaining doggy). Apparently she had a seizure or stoke again.
She was doing ok about 30 minutes later and was walking around when I left for work this morning.
We had taken her to the groomers 2 weeks ago and they called us 10 minutes after we dropped her off saying that she has had a seizure and they couldn't work on her. So back we went and when we got there she seamed to be fine so I just thought she was "playing" them just to get out of the bath. Sadly after last night we now know she did in fact have a seizure. She's never had them before in all her 17 + years. Of course at her age we know the time is near so these things are expected. We're just not ready for it yet. We just put down our Pinecone last month and this little girl is gonna be the most painful of them all.
I'm blowing off the rest of the day and heading home in a few minutes to hang out with her and make sure she's still ok.
I've never asked folks for such things but if you could, please send some good vibes to Sambo girl when you can.
