I don't know about up on mainland but down here I've only seen a few of the locals vaping. Not much around here for B&Ms - there are 2 run by Americans but I haven't been in. From the websites their prices are way to high - had some juice from one and it was ok but not anything special. I've seen blu at the PX but that's it.
Japanese don't allow nic juice to be sold in town so if they want it they have order from overseas - mine comes in via FPO so no prob except for the long wait. The overseas shipping costs can get expensive for the locals. Couple months back one of the Japanese network news did a piece on it - as far as I could it wasn't against it or giving bad info. Most locals don't really know much about it and either pay no attention or are curious enough to ask some questions.
good Sat morning to you all. trick or treat was a let down here. My wife bought bags of candy, a bag or so each week and we ended up with a lot less than last yr. We had to go out and get more last yr. I dont know whats going on anymore,seems to be a dying holiday.
Krusty is gonna go check out the local vape store.
There is a "Fall Street Fair", and they are gonna have free hot dogs and soft drinks (soda's for you Yankees)

We had about 800-100 trick or treaters by my Mother In Law's house.
