Mrs Brew, does the pellet stove get hot on the outside surfaces? I find this thing very interesting. Not sure I could find a place to install one though, but very interesting. I can just see hubby's eyes roll when I say do you think we could sorta kinda tear out that hideous rock fireplace thingy with them there useless gas logs?

@Mrs Brew I'm just hoping this 15 day forecast changes. My wedding is on the 17th (we eloped in April but wanted to do an actual wedding for everyone else LOL) and as of right now there is a 99% chance of rain... Killing my chances for a Blue Ridge Mountains photoshoot[emoji22]

The glass in the front does get hot but other than that not at all.

Just for a size reference, that is an 8" churchwarden stem. This pipe is a real handful & I have large hands.
