Awwwwww man! Alex was complaining of feeling sick and having a sore throat, so I took his temp and he has a fever...no school today.

His germy little friends have been passing around a virus that only lasts for a day or two...I'm hoping that's all it is!

Around here school gets cancelled for subzero temps or extreme windchills...I think it has something to do with the antifreeze they use in the buses not being rated that low.

Around here school gets cancelled for subzero temps or extreme windchills...I think it has something to do with the antifreeze they use in the buses not being rated that low.

I believe it it -40 f with windchill , so we only missed it by a few degrees. Luckily the kids have a building to wait in for the bus and not far to walk.
