I am fine this rainy Monday. Just waiting for the FedX guy that I missed Friday when I took the boys to the movies. He has my new roomba that has to be signed for. I forgot to put a note on my patio door for him to go to the front house for my landlord to sign for me.
My dryer also decided to stop heating yesterday so landlord is gonna come take a look at it and see if he can fix it for me. Then I'll take yesterday's wet laundry to his place to get dried after FedX comes.

Wow sash...roomba will be nice to have. Dryer well I hate when that happens! Thank god you can dry them at the landlords!

Landlord is working on the dryer problem now. He thinks it because one of the 220 legs is corroded at the circuit breaker box so he's working on that angle now. Nothing ever has an easy fix on the property. His house was built in 1865 and my place is a converted carriage house built around that time. He gutted the inside of this place and did all the work remodeling and electric himself.
Ut ohhhh - he just came downstairs and said he might have to open the wall up.
