What ever it is I wish y'all would take some from us. It's beyond rediculous at this point. The folks around here ...... an moaned about the drought we've been in for the past several years but it didn't bother me one bit. LOL My well is over 600 feet down and we never had any problem with lack of water during that entire time. AND I didn't have to mow the damn lawn every 2 days in between downpours. LOL

Oh I'm sure we'll get thunder stroms. Just not any hurricaines for a change. ;) I'm gonna get some good gator shots I hope. This place is loaded with gators.

I want to know what she wore as well. Of course either way, I need pictures. :p

You got gators in SC? I didn't know that. I didn't see any while I was at Parris Island.

Yup! We got all kinds of crazy ... critters here. Most I didn't know about until we moved here 18 years ago from NY. Like Black Widows and Brown recluse spiders. Hell I didn't know we had Scorpions until I stepped on one barefooted outside in the yard. Who knew!!

We even have Black Panthers here. (Yeah the other ones too). And I just learned a few months ago we have a native species of Dingo's here as well. I don't know of anyone personally that has ever seen one but from what I understand, those that have seen them mistake them for a stray dog.

Another strange one we are starting to see a few of (road kill) are armadillo's. Those are some ugly ... critters right there.

Just in our own yard we've had Coyotes, Black Bear, Deer, Turkey, Buzzards and my favorite ... Emu's. LOL
Back when we very first moved here my wife was outside at night calling one of our dogs to come in and she thought she heard her coming down from the road so she started walking out to meet her in the yard. Suddenly out of the darkness comes this 6 foot tall friggin bird running it's ... off toward the wife. All I heard was frantic screams coming from the front yard. LMAO! I had to explain to here that we moved to SC not Australia and that there weren't wild Ostrich running around in
SC. The next morning I found a dead Emu next to the road. Come to find out, there is/was a Emu farm a few miles from our house and several got loose that night.

Nope... Never gonna let her live that one down. LOL Damn that was funny as hell.

OK... I'll shut up now. ;)
