I'm ok, It's just work. By DOT law were aloud to drive 11 hours a day, work 14 hours a day and no more then a total of 70 hours a week. Right now I'm low on hours for the day and still not unloaded. Not enough timeand I still have to pick up a load an hour and half away. How many can say 70 hours a week isn't enough time to work.

I'm sorry!!
On one hand, I know these rules are in place for safety reasons.
On the other hand, I know these rules can make life SO difficult sometimes!!
I work in healthcare.
When I started I was on shift sometimes for up to 36 hours at a time.
Then studies were done showing that medical mistakes in the hospital increased by a HUGE amount at the end of these kind of shifts.
A rule was passed that really cut down our hours, but it's not like anyone was hired to help with the work - so what ended up happening is we had the same amount of work but around 1/2 the time to do it in...
It wasn't really much of an improvement.
