oh lucky for you Eln....that's great ....so if you ever do fall asleep at least you can sleep..that's good...wonder why you can't tonight....I know all about not sleeping as you can see I am still up .......I have no idea when i'll be able to sleep...that's why I have that thread...in fact i am listening to music as we speak that someone is playing for me...* music is good to try and keep melatonin in too..lots of people try that and it works for them Eln...but with music..well,...something just right might put you off to sleep maybe* aww {{{{hugs}}} it's a miserable feeling not sleeping when you aren't used to it...*
