In my 19 years as a Chef....pasty work mystified me. I saw some measureing devices once, but not sure how to operate them. I always hired a pastry Chef and paid him the moon...they are well worth it.

We use no preservatives or mold inhibitors so it would be stone solid by the time it got to you.

Well hello from one chef to another! Actually, I went to culinary school, what I cook at work now, well, you'd laugh your ars off at.... But, the family does love coming here for some reason

Answer to Pri's question, I like all kinds of music. Rap, rock, rock and roll, classic rock, country. Pretty much everything out there except hard core punk, death metal and opera. I like classical music, especially with organs, but not opera.
