I was introduced to vaping by Steelrat a few months back and once I started I haven't turned back.
He helped me set up my first rigs and made a number of juices for me. He also pointed me in the
right direction, indicated which vendors produced gourmet juices (Ms T's was on top of his list) and
generally cut about six months of dreadful experimentation out of my vaping experience.
I almost exclusively use atomizers and drip. The flavors are so crisp and clean that it's difficult
for me to use a cardomizer. When I do, I have to use heavier flavored juices to overcome that wet
cardboard flavor that seems to permeate every puff. However I do use Fuzion Cardos on my 801.
Otherwise I stick to my favorite 510 rig and drip 90% of the time.
My first orders from Ms T's were the following (all either 14mg or 6mg of nic):
Ordered Oct 22 Born on: Oct 28 Arrived: Nov 1 (Post Office Guaranteed Delivery by Oct 30)
French Vanilla Cappuccino 14mg
English Toffee 6mg
Amareto Coffee with Whipped Cream 6mg
Black Raspberry 6mg
Ordered Oct 26 Born on: Oct 31 Arrived:Nov2 (Post Office Guaranteed Delivery by Nov 1)
Mint Chocolate Chip Cappuccino (With Cream)14mg
Loganberry 6mg
Cinnamon Roll 14mg
Mint Chocolate Chip Pie 6mg
Straberries and Cream 6mg
Nectarine 6mg
A note about shipping times: Ms. T clearly states on her web site that order processing will take
between 4-6 days due to the fact that she personally handcrafts each juice. Although this was
reassuring the wait was agonizing! Four days after placing my first order I couldn't wait any longer
and made a second order. I hoped, truly hoped, that her juices would be worth both the hype and the
wait. Prior to the actual crafting of my second order I contacted Ms. T's and changed one of the
juices. Brandon contacted me within a day of making the change and quickly switched out the juice in
my order. There was no fuss or muss and I truly appreciated the quick response and professionalism.
Ms T, even sent the second package priority and it was hand delivered and included a hand written
note by Ms T herself. Many smiles here at home.
Each review will be broken into two parts. The first part will be my initial impressions of the
product upon arrival and vaped within 24 hours of receiving it. If I can't hold off for an entire
week I'll also make notes of flavor changes after a few days. The second part of the review will be
after letting the juice steep for a week. It should be noted that these juices need to be shaken
vigorously before dripped into an atomizer or cardo. The flavor difference is quite astonishing,
becoming a much deeper and more blended product after shaking. A juice that I initially didn't like
much at all changed flavor completely after about 20 seconds of good shaking.
First of all I love coffee flavors. I probably would have ordered more of the coffee flavors from Ms
T if I didn't already have an Espresso and an Irish Cream Cappuccino (both 12mg nic) that Steelrat
made for me that I vape constantly in the mornings while I write.
Since the coffee flavors are my favorites so far I had to vape these immediately. After opening the
package which came complete with a keychain, buttons, magnets, and a menu to aid future orders I
eagerly pulled out my bottles.
I know some people care about throat hit and vapor production, but I don't. Honestly, for me its all
about flavor. If I can't taste the juice or it doesn't taste like what I think it should, I'm not
going to like it. I do like a nice quantity of vapor, but I could care less about throat hit. All of
the juices I tried produced good amounts of vapor, although some produced more than others. Whatever
her PG/VG ratio is, its spot on for vapor production.
Amareto Coffee with Whipped Cream: A surprisingly light colored juice, but thick when dripping. It had a
wonderful aroma of Amareto, but overly strong almond flavor initially. The coffee flavor seems
almost an afterthought and I can't pick up the cream at all. This is probably a juice that requires
steeping and I'm looking forward to trying it in a week. A week later and this juice has mellowed.
The strong roasted almond flavor had blended into a smooth Amareto and where I didn't care for this
juice much at first, it's growing on me.It will definately end up on a reorder, although it is a
juice that I use to supliment my coffee regimin.
Black Raspberry: A clear liquid with a sweet aroma. This is a thin juice very different in texture
than the Amareto Coffee. It was very sweet with a hint of raspberry. The vape itself smells
wonderful and leaves my office wonderfully fruity, but I think this flavor definately needs to
steep. Straight from delivery however, it is still one of the cleanest fruit flavors I've tasted
before. Can't wait to try it again in a week. A week later and the fruit is more pronounced. It's
still a little sweet, but I don't think that can be helped. Raspberries can easily be too tart and
the sweetness relaxes the flavor a bit. A definate reorder.
English Toffee: I was surprised to see that this juice was darker than the French cappuccino
although still lighter than the Amareto Coffee. I can't get much of an aroma off this juice
initially, but this may be due more to the cold I've been fighting for over a week. Of all the
juices I've tried up to this point it has the lightest flavor. It hits on the exhale with hints of
the candy. My initial impression is that this juice probably needs at least a week of steeping and
maybe two. After nearly a week of steeping this juice seems to be loosing flavor. It's strange, but
still short of a full week's worth of steeping while I write this, so I'll leave it for a few more
days. After a week this juice has almost a sweet butter flavor. I'm not picking up the toffee
flavor, but it may be getting overpowered in my atty since its the one I use to vape the coffee
flavors. I think this one may need to steep for two weeks before it really comes into its own.
French Vanilla Cappuccino: A blonde honey colored juice, not as thick as the Amareto. It has a
strong sweet vanilla flavor, although I'm a little concerned about it. Most vanilla products I've
tried have fallen flat. Vanilla is a flavor that seems to be more difficult to produce than you'd
think. My first impression of this juice was love at first puff. The juice itself isn't as thick as
the Amareto Coffee, but the vanilla flavor is absolutely captivating. It's bold without being
overpowering, but the cappuccino flavor seems a little lost underneath all that vanilla. If steeping
will bring out the cappuccino under the vanilla this flavor will be an instant favorite. Of all the
flavors I've tried this one is the best straight from delivery. If you can't wait and must vape
immediately and French Vanilla Cappuccino is in your box, vape this one while you let the others
steep. It is only with tremendous self control that I'm going to be able to let this steep for a
week without periodic sampling. Four days of steeping has reduced the vanilla flavor and increased
the cappuccino. Still a wonderful vape that will probably become a staple for me. After a week this
flavor has blended wonderfully, although I wish the vanilla were a little stronger now. This one is
definately on my reorder list when I finish the 15ml bottle. One of my three favorites!
Loganberry: Surprisingly, this is the first pink juice I've ever seen. No matter the flavor, the
juices I've always encountered have been clear to dark amber. This one's pink, almost red. I
couldn't get a strong aroma out of the bottle, but after shaking and dripping I can get a soft candy
flavor. I can't really describe what it tastes like, like a berry candy, maybe a jolly rancher of
some sort. However it was tasty and sweet. A week later and this juice continues on its candy trend.
Now it's become closer to Sweedish Fish, but the fruit flavor is starting to come up. I know that
may sound contradictory, but this juice probably needs closer to two weeks of steeping before
vaping. As it is, it is my least favorite of the ten I've tried. Hopefully increased steeping will
deepen the fruit flavor and mute the overly candy taste. After a week this is my least favorite
juice and the only one to truly disappoint. Like the English Toffee, I think this one will benefit
from extended steeping.
Strawberries and Cream: Clear liquid that smells wonderfully of strawberries. Thin and easy to drip.
From my very first puff I was in love with this juice. Even on the day of delivery the strawberry
flavor shines through, although it's not spot on for the fruit itself. My wife said that my face lit
up when I took my first puff. If it's this good straight from the mailbox I can't wait to see what
it tastes like after sitting for a week. A week later the strawberries are a little more muted, but
that is probably because the cream flavor is coming through. I will definately be reordering this
juice, there's no question about it.
Cinnamon Roll: This isn't the first bakery flavor I've tried from Ms T's before, but it is the first
I've ordered. A coworker had ordered Waffles a month or two back and I was very impressed with that
juice. From the very first puff, I felt like I was eating cinnamon rolls. It was incredible, I could
taste the roll and the cinnamon, maybe with a hint of icing. Several days of steeping haven't
changed this juice much. It's still a spot-on hit of cinnamon roll. Easily an early morning flavor
and could become an all day one as well. A week later and this is another juice that I'll be
reordering once the bottle is finished. Definately in the top five, it actually keeps me from going
out and eating the real thing.
Nectarine: If I thought Strawberries and Cream was good, this juice is incredible. It tastes exactly
like bitting into a fresh nectarine and is easily an all day vape. Thin, easy to drip and would
probably work well in a tank. Straight from the mailbox this is easily one of the favorite juices
I've ever tried. A week later and the nectarine flavor is still bright and fresh. It's mellowed a
little and I lose the flavor after extended vaping. It's excellent to mix this one up with the
Stawberries and Cream. Spot on and another favorite.
Mint Chocolate Chip Pie: A deep amber juice I could smell the chocolate and mint from the moment I
twisted off the cap. A few puffs later and I was swimming in flavor, just astonished that she'd hit
them all so perfectly. It's not an all day vape, it's an after dinner vape. It's a 'I've got to lose
ten pounds so I'm going to vape my desert' vape. Very smooth and satisfying. Very surprising that
all the notes are hit without any steeping. Awesome. A week later and I can't add anything to my
initial impression. Love this vape. The only thing that keeps it from being an all day vape for me
is that it is so sweet, but a great vape to mix things up.
Mint Chocolate Chip Cappuccino: Another dark juice and another that Ms T hits out of the ballpark.
The only complaint I would have and it's not a true complaint, is that although I can taste the
cappuccino, it's muted under all the mint and chocolate. It could easily be another after dinner
vape. A few days of steeping have really brought out the cappuccino flavors and muted the mint
chocolate a bit. It still tastes strongly of MCC, but it's a more blended flavor now. Very
interested to see where this juice goes.
Out of these ten juices, there are eight that I'd reorder at some time or another, one that I hope comes along after additional steeping and one that I didn't care for. In general the flavors hold true to their names and have good staying power. The fruits generally have the least staying power, but I've found this to be the case with all fruit flavors that I've tried, no matter the source. I've already placed an additional order with Ms T and am eagerly awaiting the new flavors. Most of the flavors I reviewed will be on reorder next month although I may change the nic level as I'm trying to weed myself away from nicotine completely.
If you are unfamiliar with Ms T's bakery, I'd strongly urge you to try them out.
