Just came across this thread, sorry for very delayed post. I've always like MBV's Blu-Bacco; surprising blueberry taste. Their Candy Cane is really good, too.

I'm working on some candy cane right now 
though the last time I checked, I couldn't get it in 12mg max vg
I've gone through a bunch of the pages in this thread and really miss a lot of flavors here.
I still keep butterscotch in stock.. and candy cane, caramel candy is very low but again.. not in my mix.
Missed the most are cafe coffee and whipped cream - before the supplier change.. after that it lost some of its fluff.
