I was going to try some as well. Does it make a huge difference? What exactly does it do? I read what it said under description but in real life terms? Does it really blend the flavors better or make them more bold? Also I have liquid Stevia now. Is Ethyl Maltol much different or better in certain types of flavors? I juices I've ordered from vendors. was going to try some of that too. The problem I'm having with DIY is that my flavorings are just not strong enough. They're really good just not as bold and flavorful as some of the juices I've ordered from vendors. I like really strong flavors. I have Capellas, TPA and some Loranns and FW. Only one I haven't tried any of is Flavour arts. Also will it work with Capellas flavors too? I think I like those best.

Have you read the vinegar thread? You should...a little acv or lemon juice can really add depth and make flavors pop.
EM is a must. Not just for sweetening, but it'll do that too. In smaller amounts it adds body and fullness. In larger amounts sweetness. If you want lots of sweet though, you need a sweetener.

I've tried mts and it didn't do much for me, but then I don't do tobacco flavors. I have had great results though using lemon juice and vinegar! :)

You may just be like me and need more flavoring. I use a higher % than most because I want the flavor strong. That's why no one can tell you what % of flavoring to use, you have to jump in and make mistakes to find what YOU like. I often go as high as 20% with some flavors, it just depends on what I want. I especially like my chocolates strong and to most it would seem like too much, but not to me. If I make it too strong I have a bottle of my base (nicotine, PG/VG) and all I have to do is add some until it's where I want it. I see so many posts about over flavoring and it making the flavor less, I've never found that to be the case with the flavorings I use... maybe it is with tobaccos but I don't vape those.
