I am fairly new to vaping and I cam up a nifty little rig pretty quickly, Walmart sells a 4 port usb hub. Got some of the usb chargers and bingo, all done... (i am a firm believer in the KISS method...) lol I'll post a picture if wanted...

V4L USB chargers are what price (X4), and how about a four port charger?
I would like images and a price if you don't mind.

Ok, this was honestly something i threw together in about 20 minutes. The outer box portion was a plastic box that was used in the center console from my old truck, it was gonna just go in the garbage anyway. I cut a small hole in both sides of it for the wire, and the 4th usb port on the other. the USB hub i already had laying around, but i know its the same one they sell at walmart for i think 10 bucks or so...
I also already had 3 of the usb chargers. (one is being lent out) I also had this foam stuff that was in a package for something, and I used an old soldering iron to melt the holes int he foam to keep cartos organized.

So basically i look at my cost being nothing since I already had it laying around. Im sure a lot of you do also.

(i need two more posts to be able to link the pics)

Plastic Zip ties hold my world together at times.... lol

Then I also used a USB extension to go to the wall outlet.

Made from junk laying around and i think it turned out nice. (I wast going for looking great, just practical... I'm sure if i spent more than 20 minutes on it, I could have made it nice with wood or whatever..)

The white cable is low voltage rated for open-air. The only readily apparent line-voltage there is the desklamp.

My only "complaint" is that your logitec receiver for your keyboard/mouse is sitting far closer and at an angle to the ballast in the lamp. You're putting a lot more RF noise into that receiver than it would prefer. But hey - you've got your Tech Ticket. You're qualified at 2.4Ghz for experimental. I'm not gonna pass any judgements. :pervy: [oh - and 73's!]

I have the same set, they have pretty decent rejection in low SNR environs - but you burn through batteries faster as the receiver keeps saying "huh?" and the mouse/keyboard stay at max power to get through the dropped packets. The mouse resolution goes down on all the resends too.

But if you didn't notice any of that, it's probably fine and I'm just being overly protective. :)
