being a newbie thought i would share a few of my experiences over a few of juices that have come my way over past few weeks. When starting there are seems such a vast array of flavors out there it can be slightly daunting (don't get me started on the equipment) I would recommend anyone starting out to try for sample sizes from more than one vendor, and a variety (i.e. not just fruity) One maxim i have seen written over and over is that flavors that you don't think you will enjoy often turn to be the the ones you do enjoy and vice versa. I have found this true
Well having tried some of pixiejuices and grizwalds stuff, i would be hesitant ordering 'dessert' (specifically bakary) vapes again (from anywhere). The whiskey cream from grizwalds is lovely, likewise pixie's mint choc icecream. Both i may order again, but for me they are definitely occasinoal vapes. The cocomel from grizwals and the jam dougnut from pixie were far too sickly for me. They are both amazing creations and i can see why they are highly regarded...... but for my tastes remain pretty much un-vapable.
I have found to my surprise that i enjoy menthol - here grizwalds artic cherry was superb. I also generally enjoy most fruit flavors. The one exception being from exhalecigarette, red label blackberry, which tastes far too much like artificial perfume. This was a cheaper juice to the gourmet's above. I did however love the apple liquid from easyliquid ( and this was cheaper still at £2/10ml) I believe this to be dekang. Will definitely buy again, and has piqued my interest in trying the vanilla.
House of liquids also supplied me with the el toro cigarrillos and puros. They are quite special and even though i have not had much of a chance to try other tobacco vapes i would highly recommend for a cigarette replacement. The el toro is perhaps a little rich and nutty for me ( but i believe steeping/ airing may help).
From my positive experience with the house of liquid i ordered a couple from the highbrow vapor line. Both the blackberry lemon and the orange de sangre were a bit meh to me. not sure if they are mixed in the US or here in the UK, but although very nice vapes were really lacking in flavor... dont' get me wrong i would vape this stuff any day over the red label blackberry mentioned above, maybe i was expecting too much. Natural taste - yes, citrus/ fresh orange kick - no.
Part of why i purchased the highbrows was on trying the silver berry. now that is a vape! Not yet on site although can be ordered in unlabled bottles - i adore this stuff, fantastic vapor production, and a massive amount of fruity/ berry flavor explosion going on. Seems really well balances in not being too sweet or over powering whilst very much not being a shy flavor either. Highly recommend!
btw i posted here as all these liquids were bought right here in blighty
