I couldn't find this after a few searches, so here goes..

I'm recently getting into my own DIY setup here and I'm just now experimenting. I've made a few batches of FA 70/30 mixes at about 15% (I like a lot of flavor) but I am curious if I may have put too much in.

While I am aware there is no "too much" and it varies from person to person, have others found that there is a loss of flavor with a lot of flavoring that seemed to have more pop when re-mixed at a lower %? Because the first few mixes are strong at first and then really taper off. This happens to me with most juices w/ heavy vaping but it seems to be happening much sooner.

Thanks for the info! :vapor:

I use about 15% FlavourArt, but I let the mixtures sit for a few days before judging them. A week is good, a month is best. Shaking the mixture now and then will also help the liquids to mix together quicker.

I prefer 80/20, because any more VG is too much vapor in my lungs and causes shortness of breath. Too much VG also tends to mute the flavor -- and might need more than 15% flavoring.

Yes, definitely ! As the flavoring percentage goes up the distinct flavor seems to disappear. Based on others' posts I was doing FA tobacco flavors in the 12-15% range but it wasn't until I moved down to the 6-8% range on FA tobacco flavors that I really noticed the distinct flavors and they actually tasted better. Steeping a few days to a week also helped.
