Am about to place an order ( RS V2 & accessories ) , and need some info regarding the liefspan of the carto's..

Have never used carto's before.. am looking at the regular LR Cartos as well as the Dual coils..

The RS V2, am setting it up for 3.7 , 6 & 7.4 volts.. Will go with whichever ( voltage ) option that would give me the best vape ( for that Carto resistance ) .. Will be using the china mix on the carto's..

Am on a budget, and trying to set myself up until my next order.. so would like to know how long i can expect ( on an average ), the regular carto's and DCC"s to last ( before throwaway ), so i can order just enough, to last me atleast the next month or so

For me the life depends on the juice. Thicker juices clog up sooner, such as mostly VG. Darker juices clog up sooner too. With most Chinese juices they are PG based and fairly thin, ideal for filler-based cartos. In my experience LR single coil cartos will last about a week with these type of juices, topping off regularly when they start getting dry or losing flavor. LR can get a burning taste quickly which makes them taste bad even if they vape well. I use dual coils at 1.5-1.7 ohms on my RS at 3.7 volts and they last a month or more with thinner juices, about two weeks with thicker ones. I can't speak to the higher voltages as for me they tended to get juices burning rather quickly and I don't need a lot of heat and throat hit to be happy. From what I've read you don't want to use LR cartos with 6+ volts or you'll burn them up quickly - better to use 2.8-3.2 ohm cartos with those. For me the best combo is 3.7v with 1.5 ohm dual coil XL cartos and fairly thin juice. Long lasting and high juice capacity. Good luck!

I have to agree...the 1.6Ohm DCC's last the longest at 3.7 volts. I've gotten a couple of weeks out of them but I rotate them (different flavors). I ordered some of the 1.7 Ohm single coil cartos last week and they vape almost as well as the DCC's. They're only $1.59 each and the price drops if you order six or more. If your on a budget, they're worth checking out. By the way...MV has some of their China liquids on sale today and they also have a 3.5ml Dual Coil Tank on sale for $7.99. The sale ends at midnight!

I can make a cart last a month if it starts tasting bad I drop it alcohol let it sit, rinse with hot water, repeat twice, blow I out as best I can and let it sit..also before second rinse take a paper clip and insert it into the contact end and wiggle it around to break up any baked on juice then rinse and blow again works great and my carts stay healthy longer. Just my experience though but wouldn't hurt to try..

Received my stuff .. been about a day or so, so may be too early for me to form impressions, but ...

Had ordered the higher ohms carts ( 3 ohm DCC / 4-5 ohms carts ), as i gathered they tend to last longer, but i just found out, the vape is too hot for my taste.. Guess 5v and below , would be just about right for me

At HV, some of juices taste of alcohol.. almost as though i am drinking

The 2 ohms and less ( DCC & Carts ) seem to work very well for me, and with the china juices, are my best bet, for good low-cost vaping

Thanks for all the inputs
