MVP 2.0 charging questions

My MVP user manual recommends charging the battery when it is "below 10% power". It also recommends using a wall charger rated at 5v 500ma.

How can I determine when the battery is below 10% power? Is it best to wait until the red light comes on?

I have a 5v 500ma wall charger that I use for my 320mah cig-a-like batteries. Does it really have enough power to charge my MVP?

Yes it will charge your battery. If you wait until it turns yellow that would be a good time to charge it.
