Hi everyone, I hope I am posting in the correct forum. I have had an EGO C and a Spinner for a while. I decided to upgraded and bought the MVP ( box looking battery lol ) Any way, I noticed the kit came with a charging cable ( I am guessing usb ). Wanted to know if I can charge it using the usb that came with it to attach to the WALL CHARGER from joyetech that came with my EGO C.

Also, just curious, does anyone know an an average how long the MVP takes to charge?

Thank you

The provided cable has the extra connectors so you can use the MVP to charge another device. It's a bit bulky.

I use a retractable USB to Micro for normal charging. I like it's small size, easier to tote around. But you can use the provided one with no problems.

Regarding your wall adapter - yes, any that have 5 VDC output at 500 ma or higher will work fine.

Thanks guys for your responses. But I am a bit confused. Looking at the picture the kit came with a multipurpose usb charging cable. It seems as though both of you choose not to use that and use something else. What's the reason?
I think the box on the included cable has more potential to damage the charging port if the unit gets dropped or something falls on it when it's charging. It makes using the MVP as a passthrough awkward, I don't own an i-Anything, and all of my mini-usb devices are external hard drives with their own cables... I just need a micro-usb cable.
