MVP 20 watt

I recently purchased an MVP 20 w and when I charge it, it puts on a light show. It goes green red, amber, in alien-looking patterns. I tried different chargers and outlets to no avail. I take off the tank, use an actual mvp cord, and do all the right things. Anybody have this problem. It will eventually charge, but not to full capacity. I am half afraid to charge IT.

Hmmm, mine blinks through the cycle when it is initially plug in, but that takes 2 seconds.

I would contact the seller for an exchange. If that doesn't help, contact innokin. They are good.

Go back to the dealer in person. I have done it. e-mail Innokin at support@innokin.com Give them name, phone number and address of dealer.

Basically, it is not bad to tell Innokin that the dealer is not standing by the product.

I don't recommend everybody to do it, but a squeaky wheel does get grease.

My wife seems to know that.

Stupid me. I just had to turn it off before charging it. I've never had to do this before with the MVP 2, but maybe this is typical for the 20 watt.

Strange.....

I have two MVP20W's and I almost never turn them off.

Use pass thru a lot too.

Never a problem.

Something must be wrong with yours, but what?
