I recently purchased a few rba units from MVS and after unboxing an IGO-F to discover an off kilter post and one skrew not sitting flush, I snapped a quick photo and emailed it quickly to the email contact on the website. They had a new Igo-F and return shipping label on the way to me before I could even wake up the next morning. I have ordered from mvs quite a bit and this is the first issue I have had and since I wasn't ready to build the igo anyhow because I had still been messing with my other rba's it wasn't even an inconvenience. And the quick action was very impressive. Way to go MVS.
