Are you punching your own cartos? Sometimes that will distort them to the point where they are very hard to fit in there..... I have some of the boge xl that come with 2 small holes already "drilled" out... But, I am not familiar with these tanks, I tried the Boge F16's...

The big one seems like it doesn't get contact unless I take off the bottom piece. Kind of sucks cause I bought it thinking it looked nice and uniform. And it did look really nice with it on. Not so much without it.
Hmmm, are the cartos distorted at all or are they the ones that come from the factory with the small holes already in it? Those should fit just fine.... The other problem sounds like it is not making connection.... can you pull the post or push the carto down a little further? I am not familiar with these tanks.... But, it definitely sounds like the bottom piece is lifting it up too high to make connection. Have you tried it on any other mods or batteries?
What device are you using? I just got my tank and it works fine on my evic. I've read that they block airflows on the provari and the way to resolve it was to get a 510 adapter or get the air flow controller.

The cartos are the ones pre-punched from the factory. I did notice on the small one the rubber grommet wasn't pushed in all the way so I pushed it in with a paper clip but it is still very hard to get the carto in. Like it needs to be just a tad bigger.
As for the big one, yes I did try it on different e-cigs and the same thing happened on all of them. Which was nothing until I took off the bottom piece.
Well quality time with DD is always good. Enjoy it while she is still young!!
