I don't have any so it isn't an option, and I really don't WANT one, my vapes are soooo much tastier, but WOW, the old habit of "emotional reaction--physical action" was really strong! I physically reached toward where my cigarettes would have been, envisioning grabbing both my case and my lighter. I'm vaping serious throat-hit juices today. Maybe I'll cough my way through this strange out-of-the-blue withdrawal.

I have been vaping for 2 1/2 yrs. now, but after being a smoker for over 40 yrs., my brain still signals the cigarette response... (kinda like Pavlov's dogs... ha!!) so I have been using my old ashtrays as ecig rests, and when I reach for them it still has that familiar look/feel to it!!

The difference now is that I can pick it up, take a couple of puffs and put it back down again, without the fear of it burning out and/or burning the house down...:D LOL!!

My ashtrays have been repurposed ecig-stuff-trays too. :D 30 years of smoking creates its own aspect of a personality, doesn't it?

Vaping stronger-than-usual juices today with higher VG levels...more vapor and more nic will get me through this. Lots of outside stressors and influences ..... Hugs to us all!

I've spent the day finding reasons not to buy a pack. Dog is at the doggie oncologist being tested to find out if she is being put down today. Zero problems a month ago, mass started showing Saturday. Otherwise she's fine, it's gonna be a rough day no matter what.. (and it is our 8 th wedding anniversary. Yay..)

2:40am and I'm still awake.

Not a good sign. Today's gonna be rough!!

On the upside, I just made a fantastic juice!! Lazy DIYing, mixed a way-too-potent clove with my creamy base, a dash of sweetener, and a splash of vanilla!! Tastes good right now, I'm looking forward to trying it tomorrow. I'm putting it to bed in my juice heater (cloth bag of microwaved beans I used to use as a heating pad) ;)
