I purchased a host of items from MVS recently including a Kanger ProTank II and air control valve. The valve became stuck and I needed to use needle nose pliers to get it loose. In the process I accidentally scratched the metal base of my
tank right under the Kanger logo! I was so upset and I contacted MVS asking for a replacement air control valve and told them what happened.
They sent me a new air flow valve AND a brand new Kanger ProTank II base! No return required for the faulty parts either. So now I know that when it comes to equipment, My Vapor Store is the only merchant I will use. You will not receive support like this anywhere else.
