Took me a bit to get the Dell people to just send me the hard drive. They kept wanting to schedule an appt for a tech to call to make an appt to come out to see me. I was like No. I gave you the error messages, you agree it's bad. Send me a new one.
It has arrived at my apt so I will be working on it when I get home tonight. Just going to take forever to get the OS set up "Just right."
