Hi guys, just got in the DID clone. I don't have time to set it up right now as am on my way out the door for errands but will do so later. First impression tho, it does looks nice, I am lucky in the fact the air hole is pretty close to lining up with the wick hole. Later will see how well I do rolling a wick that thin lol

Got mine on Saturday. Had it set up within an hour of getting it. It has some serious potential! The only problem I have with it... is ME!

I'm sure, with practice, I'll get it hitting like a freight train...

Thanks again aasupplyny, and MVS!!!

Well I got home and I have just been having one of those days.

I got a wick rolled, tho had to adjust it a couple times, it takes a much smaller wick than I am use to, so get that done get a 2 ohm coil wrapped on it, started checking for hot spots.

lol One of them days, I had to re-tighten the nuts down then was working out the hot spots, and the *only* battery I have for that device decides now is a good time to quit.

Pulled out a 510 adaptor so I can finish working the hot spots out on my reo, it is all set now and filled, and my battery for my lava tube is still charging.

It really wasn't that hard to set up, and I am sitting here laughing at myself for everything that could go wrong going wrong.

I received my DID clone today. The package is nice and the tank looks great. In addition to the tank, the box contains a chrome Ming DT, a 40mmx40mm stainless steel mesh that looks like a 400 hole/inch and an Allen wrench. The fit and finish are good. The air hole does not line up with the wick, but I can get it to about 20 degrees from the hole. If I loosen the cap to line up the hole with the wick the cap is really lose and wobbles. I may try to sand the bottom of the cap to make it line up. The plastic tank is thinner that I expected and does not feel very strong. Fortunately you don't have to remove the tank to change the coil or wick or to fill it. The center post can be removed and this makes it a lot easier to wrap the wire around the wick.

After rolling and oxidizing the wick, I wrapped 4 turns of 32 AWG Kanthal and ended up with a 1.5 ohm coil. Filled it with 2.5 ml of a 70/30 homebrew and started vaping it at 3.0 volts. I gradually worked my way up to 3.7V and I hits really nice. The flavor and vapor rivals dripping and the TH is pretty strong. The draw is just right for me - not tight and not airy either.

Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10 with points lost due to the air hole not lining up and thin tank material.
