I was so excited to get my Kanger EVOD in the mail today. But it isn't working on my batteries. Dang!!

How do you do that on an eGo?

Actually if you look at the bottom of the Evod you could probably use a screw driver to bring the contact down a little - it has a notch for a flat screwdriver........ I think left brings it down some........try that it might work, it has worked for me on other items with that same thing

The contact isn't thread but it can be adjusted slightly. The wire isn't soldered so it can be pulled a little more than other models

There are some vendors out there that just "get it". Ya know what I mean? Like... they define what customer service should be. They could hold seminars on how important the customer is. They have a special place reserved in their chosen afterlife for being so exceptionally radical?

Yeah... My Vapor Store is among a small group of those vendors. Not only in just my own personal experience, which has been exceptional... but in the few local, and not so local, vape friends I have recommended use MVS.
