Hi all, hope it's a great day:)

Speaking about protanks, I need lessons or something. I used mine for about a week, (I alternate with 5 or 6 different devices all day)...
all of a sudden it doesn't vape or make a sound...I switched to the other head that came with the protank and nothing.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, as both are suddently dead? :( ??

Have you tried a different battery? (And what battery are you using on it?)

Multiple batteries or just one?

Do you have a multimeter? Try measuring the resistance between the center post and the outer ring on the protank. (I suspect the problem is on the batteries though.) It should be somewhere close to the rated number.

On some devices (especially vamos, for some reason) twisting a head on too hard can crush the center pin, causing it to stop making contact with some heads. That sounds like what happened to you, especially if you replaced the atty on the protank. If that is the case, you might be able to lift it back up by gently prying with a toothpick so that it makes contact again.
