...Died on me at work today. I got it directly out of Cisco's hands at VaperCon on Friday. 3 days of mixing it up with a 306, another HH and a DID clone is NOT a good track record for me so far. I'm going to try messing with the post but if it is actually dead will they work with me at all or am I pretty much SOL? I thought i've heard they don't give refunds no matter what, is that true?

Edit, yep it's dead. There was plenty of contact and I pulled it just to be sure. Crap..

Just emailed Hanna this morning about it. Asked me to send it back to check it out and see if its a defect or what.
Either way, he said he would fix it and put one of their new colored sleeves on it. Not sure if its ok to post his email here, but you can find it in his youtube videos, just search HH 357 on youtube.

Theres no refunds on 357's they ohm each one out before there sent so they know they are good when sent,,, best case scenario is you can send it back and Hanna may take a look at it for you and possibly do something, might cost you $10, but in most cases a person using a 357 for the 1st time doesnt keep it wet enough and they can burn them out quick not being use to how these run so hot, like what may have happen to yours, they run HOT and you MUST keep this Atty very wet Always,,, Contact Cisco @ Avidvapor

Ok nice, thought maybe I was overcooking my 357 but was only vaping the 2 ohm at 4.3 volts.
Just confused because I think I only had 3 dry hits in the 2 weeks I had the 357 so I know I wasn't cooking the coil. But I was going crazy times before having to refill, like 20 mins at a time and checked to make sure it had the gurgle every once in a while.

I've been absolutely pouring the liquid on. I don't care for a gurgly sopping wet vape but i've been afraid to kill them. What can ya do?
I think I was putting about 8 drops in at a time with some thicker juice, the long barrel wasn't spitting for me. That was prob why I got the long barrel cause I chain vape and hit it hard. Even then with the long barrel which is supposed to vape cooler, at times the cylinder was to hot to touch.

If you use a Donut TrippyTip with your 357 you can run it wetter and not get any spitting or juice in your mouth at all,, just a suggestion =

I wanted to try both so I got a red 1.5ohm standard size, and a silver 3ohm long barrel. The LB doesn't really seem to spit but it does seem a touch cooler than the standard.
