Heh... Hard to believe they are even better - I love them so much as they are. :D Well, I'm ordering some new ones right now. Looking forward to it.

yes the newest batches are great and much better then before

i checked as many as i could , like 400 peaces, i found 3 in 1 box with small fracture, and 2 in another pack, that was it, i tested many as well and they vaped like a champ. much improved and im happy

they are improved in a few ways, readjusted wiring, some where showing higher ohms in old batch even though they performed the same as ones that read with the proper ohms, thats been adjusted so it shows proper readings throughout.

the coil area inside has been looked at more carefully during building, they had a man on each lane watching and checking, i have video of this, this was not done before, they had 1 person for the whole production, thats been improved.

they also kept a closer eye on the tubing to alleviate any crack and ditch any they found, there will always be a few that slip in, it seems this has been improved as well as im not finding many at all as i mentioned above, they saw comments and kept an eye on them.

these now all have the new cone for better seal and thats a improvement, and over all they seem to be performing rather spectacularly.

My older ones never showed any signs of cracks, however, they all have started cracking with time.
I believe this is due to the stress at the base.
I have 2 that have only had Vaporheads European Tobacco (VT3) used in them. After 3 days, 1 started showing several small cracks at the base and they other took a little over 2 weeks so show the same cracks.
That leads me to think that it's the pressure from the bottom fitting causing the cracks and not the juice.
My wife & son also got a few weeks out of theirs with different juices before the same 'stress' cracks showed and juice began leaking.
Where are the CE2 ultimates :)

I got 3 LR ones a few days ago. Issues I've had:
-They each seem to vape at radically different ways. Almost as if I got a 2.2, 2.5, and 2.8. I have no meter to check, that's just what it feels like.
-The shaft of the tip doesn't match the shaft of the carto, so I have gotten intermittent leaks as well as tight draws.

Overall, though, I do like them a lot. I'm just waiting to see how long they last.

The voltage thing I can't help. But the lining up thing, maybe I can. Do you mean the air tube is tilted a bit. If so take a small gauge needle or a paperclip and run it around the cup seal gently nudging it back to center. If it's height, try pulling the cup seal up a bit. I take it you have no cone heads?

Does that mean he can't vape mass quantities? (If you're too young to remember SNL in the '70s, then you probably didn't understand the Cone Head reference and therefore think I'm a complete loon, but I can't resist tossing it out there anyway). Which ArmPit of Texas, by the way? Keeping with your metaphor, there are two so I won't have to arm wrestle you for the title :)

I have the 2nd batch--the ones without cone heads, but also the ones impossible to take apart without the pipes and hammers.
I have a syringe needle but I don't know how much pressure it would take to correct the centering, and so I haven't tried that for fear of bending the needle. Better safe than sorry, I'll use a paper clip.

Huh. I haven't seen any cracks at all so far. Been using them from the beginning.

I believe we are on week #4 with these CE4+'s and I have (1) fried coil; (17) that have cracked & leaking tanks; (2) that are still in service and (5) NIB.
I did enjoy the ease of use and the flavor they gave, which actually ruined me on cartos now, but the draw was also not for me. It was like sucking a milkshake through a straw, however, the wife & son don't seem to mind.
I think I found the CE2 ultimates, which will have the easy fill and also accept a standard drip tip.

you have 17 stardusts that cracked on you, i found that to be a little crazy, what juice are you using, and these arent ce4+, vision ego are the orignal and not the other way around.

Just got my first order of Stardusts. First, if you don't already have one, you'll need a 510 to eGo adaptor or a 510 full extension to use them on the TOX, forgot to order an adaptor, but luckily, they work great on my eGo's and dongle. I really like these Stardusts. Super easy to fill, just have to get use to holding the battery more horizontal to feed the wick, but other than that, they work superbly, one of the best vaping carts thus far. Any chance we'll see a 3 or 3.5 ml version? These things hit so good I'm vaping them dry pretty quick. :)

Yeah, I'd like to know too, so I can avoid it like the plague. Like I said, I haven't seen any cracks yet at all. I have two that I have been using for a month, and three that I have been using for about ten days - not a crack to be found, no leaking, nothing. I haven't had to open the new ones I have because these work as good now as they did when they were virgin. No burnt out coils either, but, then, I haven't popped a coil on any of my cartos or attys since I started vaping. Don't know why. The only tech problem I've had with these is that they are not as easy to clean as Visions or Fluxos, and some juices are pretty hard to get out of them when I change to a different flavor. I just stick to the same flavor in one carto now.

I've been to Beaumont -- I get it :) I grew up in the Houston area; at best, the navel.
