My 2013 3 step quit smoking plan with snus, snuff and wta ejuice!

This should do the trick. I have no intention of ever quitting nicotine nor do I think I can. I currently chain smoke 2-4 packs a day of no filter reds. Regular vaping does not work for me so I have come up with a 3 step plan:


  1. WTA ejuice vaping
  2. Swedish snus
  3. Nasal snuff

I will wake up, insert a snus or 2, snort a line of snuff and vape 36mg wta juice.

The fact that you smoke unfiltered is actually a help. People who smoke filtered cigarettes tend to inhale the smoke deeper into their lungs. Less additives in unfiltered as well.

If you try to "snort a line" of snuff, you will see stars, feel like your head is in a vice, gag violently and probably vomit. And all this will happen while your eyes turn red and teary and you can't see. You will gently inhale into your nostril a "pinch" of snuff. That will get the ball rolling, because you will absorb nic almost immediately. The nic lasts for 10-15 minutes.

Follow up with the Snus. If you've ever tried American dipping tobacco like Cope or Skoal, Swedish Snus is a whole 'nother animal. It contains much, much more nicotine. It will take 5-15 minutes for the nic to hit you, and when it does you might have to take the snus out for a bit.

Aroma E-Juice only sells 24 mg. WTA juice. you will have to add nicotine to bring it up to 36 mg, but if you are using it in conjuction with snus, I don't think that is neccesary. Vapelicious sells the higher mg., but he has a 6-8 month backlog on his WTA orders, so I would consider him to be an unreliable alternative at best. Just remember that nicotine from vapor is absorbed through the mucus membranes of the mouth and nasal passages and not through the lungs like cigarette smoke. Holding the vapor in your mouth for a long time and then exhaling through the nose is the best way to get your nic from vaping. Out of every three or four tokes I take from an e-cigarette, only one or two is actually inhaled.

If you don't have a variable voltage e-cig, that should become a priority purchase.

Variable voltage (also shortened down to VV) allows you to control temperature and vapor production. It also lets you "dial" in the taste. A stock "cig-a-like" is permanently set at about 3.2 to 3.7 volts and will only produce a set amount of vapor which will decrease as the battery runs low. Ditto for regular eGo batteries.

The lowest priced VV mod out there is probably the eGo Twist or the Spinner. (starts at 3.2v and is adjustable up to 4.8v) Either one will take most any cartridge, clearomizer, cartomizer, or tank setup that uses 510 or eGo threading. I have no idea of what you are using currently, but if you are using a cigarette style mod, your should upgrade as quickly as you can since whatever you are using now is not working for you.

Plan has some good suggestions. As far as snus is concerned, you may be surprised how little you may need to survive. I smoked over a PAD for 30 years and rarely use over 4 or 5 portions a day. One portion can last for close to two hours and releases nicotine for almost the whole duration. Each normal portion contains about 8mg of nicotine, around the same as two cigarettes. Extra strong portions can contain up to 16mg of nicotine. But believe me, nicotine isn't the only thing your body craves from smoking. The WTAs in snus is what helped me quit smoking and vaping. The WTAs in the snus is what I was missing with vaping. Even the WTA juice left me wanting something more.

Ease into your plan and try each of your weapons together and alone. You might be surprised to learn you might not need the vaping or snuff or snus. Or maybe just two of them or only one. Good luck and whatever you do, don't get discouraged. Find what works for you and have fun. :)
