How time flies, it doesn't feel like yet another year has gone by.

Whilst I'm really happy that I've reached this landmark, part of me isn't rejoicing, all the negative press vaping has had, plus all the stupid rules and regulations meaning everything is harder/more expensive to get hold of has taken the shine off what is one hell of an achievement - quitting smoking isn't easy and anyone who manages it and can stay off the smokes for good deserves to be applauded and the sooner Government(s) understand and accept this, the better.
I'm not daft enough (leave it ;) ) to think that they'll ever actively encourage people to switch to vaping over cigs, money always wins in the end but it'd be nice if they didn't actively try and stop us from vaping by constantly making it more difficult.

I know I'll never smoke again, I knew it from day 1 of vaping and nothing has changed since then for me. I enjoy vaping, it's my choice, my body, my decision to vape ... what a novel idea people making their own decisions and accepting the consequences of such decisions. ;)

Anyway, to all who are nearing landmark occasions and anyone struggling and thinking they'll never make it ... YOU CAN DO THIS!

Good luck all and thankyou for bothering to read this. :)

Congrats on the landmark. I'm a bit over 4 years quitting smoking, and been Nicotine free almost 9 months and still vaping 0 mg nic.

I would suggest you stock up on nicotine base. Learn to DIY liquid, abd rebuild RDAs or RTAs.

I have stickpiled so i can vape for the next 5-7 years.

Congratulations on your vaping success. I love vaping also and will continue to as long as possible. But if they deem vaping impossible to achieve I am sure of one thing: I WILL NEVER SMOKE CIGARETTES AGAIN. I rejoice in that fact.

Thanks sister. Much appreciated.

I'm not going to pick out the chocolate chips. Chocolate chips, olives, avocado, nuts, seeds are a good source of the healthy fats (MonoUnsaturated Fatty Acids).

You're very welcome.

Umm … on the other hand … if you have a craving for something really sweet you can have this cupcake and not feel too bad about it. It's chocolate avocado cake and the icing is mostly avocado - honest - I found it on a vegan website!

Just ignore all the sugar in the icing. :p
