they decided to replace the head, even though it was out of warranty and I did not have a chance to get the unit hooked up to my PC because it died and had no serial number(joyetech did have a recall). That was my fault since I have had a busy travel schedule, got a new PC, and, of course threw away the box. Thanks Vaporkings for standing up for your products. Stuff happens with electronics. Sadly, it's a part of our modern lifestyle. I have gone through two new Windows 8 tablets, a brand new desktop, and a high end digital camera in the last few months. They all had extended warranties, but Vaporkings could have stuck to the letter of their warranty. It pays to buy from a good vendor.
