my Blu Box Mod - refill station!

so, since i got unexcused free-time on my hands lately... i made this from the box that the blu shipped in (nice box btw).

(sorry for blurry parts)

here's a box. what's inside?



i cut notches off the side of the lid to make it easier to open....



here's the final setup looks



there was a nice "tray" that came in it. i used an exacto blade to make small circle holes in a nice pattern on one side and then used a dremel with an oval grind stone tip to finish them nice and roundy.

here's a top view of open carto, cap, o-ring, etc.. showing how the tray (when cut in half) sits nicely after trimming the edges just a bit.


a close up of the "other half" of the tray being used to cap the refilled carto.



i can recharge 10 carto's at a time, put the tray top on and let them sit comfortably overnight (if i want) to let them breath a bit...


seems to be working well enough for now.

won't know the right amount of juice in milliliters to use yet until i get my suring needle next week...
