I'd had a vintage hard-sided hinged eyeglass case that I knew would be good for something, and now I know what -- it's perfect for holding and protecting my e-kit! It fits my Elite 808 perfectly and there's plenty of room for the extra battery, extra cartos, even small bottles of juice. I pop mine in my purse but I see that a popular online auction site has lots of different kinds, even some that can attach to a belt loop.

I'm sure veterans all have their own systems but this forum has been so helpful to me and I'd like to give back, unfortunately I'm new and don't have a lot to give back yet.

Hi! Good idea....that's exactly what I used for months and months. It fit with my 510 kit and held everything I needed plus some....then when I started using the eGo, it worked for that, too. I got several different colors at the Dollar Tree Store for $1.

I've been wearing glasses for 40 years now and have quite a collection of those. Initially I used mine as you did but then found a smaller case from some earbuds that fit my 510's with some cartos and such perfectly while being lighter and fitting in a shirt pocket better. Now I use the eye glass case to keep my filling supplies in. Bottle or two of juice, syringe, needles and tissues.

They are also great for transporting juices in while flying since you don't need to worry about your bottles being squeezed out when tightly packed in a suitcase.
